• Cut down on welcome packet
• Start emailing people in September, schedule a specific emailing day for everyone to do this
• Contact professors of intro classes & negotiate extra credit for unix classes (hear their ideas for unix class changes?)
• Set up a day to do this in August after classes have been confirmed
