Meeting Topics

• ask ieee how they get free plates
• change next-meeting-topics script to read the date from a file and always write to $DATE.md (makes the history cleaner and avoids deadlinks to next.md, saw someone in brass-class mention next.md not being there anymore)

Elections

• put the election nomination form on the email list.
• the nomination form will close friday.

VMs

• we are running out of ram for VMs.
• it would take ~1 year to get more right now.
• we can start slowly culling old VMs that are inactive.

ACM Website

• move source of truth to srht for website.
• update the argo systemd script.
• give srht user less permisisons.
