  • Mike: How long should we leave the ballot open for?
  • Hemant: I think one week is long enough for anyone who cares
  • Mike: I was going to say two weeks, because i don't think we're rushing to meet any deadline
  • Hemant: that's fine also
  • Kelton: How many people filled out the form?
  • Mike: 6, and nobody is running for com am or membership
  • Kelton: We should talk to louis, I think he was going to run for membership
  • Hemant: Weren't we also going to eliminate community ambassador and have charlie do it?
  • Kelton: We were also going to have two treasurers because it's such a large job
  • Mike: It looks like we probably won't have a secretary either
  • Hemant: That's fine
  • Mike: i'll make the ballot on gopherlink but we won't send it out until we work out what's going on

• If you continually do not do your tasks, please ask someone to do them. It is better to have someone a little bit grumpy at you than for them not to get done.
