Registration 👩‍🏫

Registration is opening up for people this week, so we here at ACM feel an obligation to let our fellow computer science students in on our favorite ACM-core classes that are being offered this fall.

Classes required in the CSCI department are NOT included, so these are all courses picked from love. This is a list in no particular order.

  • CSCI 4011: Automata Theory
  • MATH 4707: Combinatorics and Graph Theory
  • MATH 4281: Intro to Modern Algebra
  • ENGL 1181W: Intro to Shakespeare
  • CNRC 3201: World of the Hebrew Bible
  • PHIL 3305: Medical Ethics
  • PHIL 3009: Existentialism
  • ARTS 1103: Intro to Printmaking
  • OJIB 1101: Beginning Ojibwe I
  • ESCI 1006: Oceanography
  • LAT 1001: Beginning Latin I
  • PE 1048: Honors Bowling

Do with this info what you will, but consider taking an extra class or two for fun each year. It's a lot easier doing interesting classes as an undergrad than at any other point in your life.
