- Nathan: we should do this on our website for april fools
- Helen: Library
- helen: we have a library, it should better.
- Nathan: the checkout system?
- Helen: yes.
- Louis: thats a weekend project. Do we want to schedule that?
- Nathan: yes, but not this weekend
- Next weekend?
- yes
- Helen: Oh, I can give blood on Saturday!
- Helen: SDC
- Charles: prizes
- Helen: we should get those
- What size?
- Helen: Doesn't matter. $50
- Nathan: How are we getting more people there next time?
- Mike: More advertising than just posters
- Louis: Did we go to 3081 at least?
- Consensus: no
- Helen: is CTF something we want to keep doin?
- Louis: we could probably also talk to App Developer's club.
- Nathan: we should definitely team up with them for the event.
- Louis: at least we should advertize it to them next year.
- Helen: CTF
- Louis: I don't have any updates other than that I have made some of the stupid encoding problems from last year.
- Helen: is there any help you need from us?
- Louis: I think we are in good shape. We need to start advertising.
- Helen: we need a poster.
- Louis: letter grid
- louis: never mind
- Helen: pretty picture
- Louis: More rack
- Louis: Cole says he will give us his rack.
- Louis: Do we actually want more rack?
- Charles: yes
- Louis: I'm in favor of it, but we can squeeze more space out of this one, and we've never run out before
- Louis: configuration is also something we'd need to talk about
- No opposition to more rack
- Helen: MinneDemo
- Helen: They emailed us, they want us to advertize.
- Helen: I think they give free tickets to all students.
- Louis: Going to meetups
- Louis: i think it would be cool if we went to meetups.
- Helen: I think that it would be cool if we did it unofficially, but not officially
- Louis: I am thinking of just putting it in the newsletter that we are meeting up at acm and taking the train to [inser event here]
- Helen: Codebreakers thing
- Helen: I can just tell them " we are not interested" right?
- Nathan: I don't think that they are a blatantly terrible company.
- Consensus: we should ask them to sponsor something. (MinneHack)
- Nathan: any other events than MinneHack. From what I gather, I think that they want to be the spotlight of something.
- Charles: what events need sponsoring.
- Helen: MinneHack and maybe CTF
- Nathan: MinneHack presentation
- Nathan: this needs to be done by Saturday night (8:30). I would like help, has anyone done this before?
- Helen: nope. I think thomas did it alone last year.
- Helen: I can help make it.
- Nathan: MinneHack budget rundown
- Nathan: we should solidify our MinneHack budget a little more. Calling people, getting estimates, etc. I think we should start doing that now. We should talk about this during MH meeting.
- Nathan: Bus planning
- Nathan: the department did not like bus last year. They want us to get that done asap, starting now. I can talk to them about going through them.
- Helen: I believe we didn't go through them because we didn't know about it. There is no reason for us to not go through them, as long as it is cheaper.
